Yes, I used to use orkut but suddenly this happened and now I am not able to use orkut.
Orkut: I am not able to login?
I can't log in; the login box just refreshes or doesn't appear at all.

If you're having trouble logging in, please try some of the troubleshooting steps below:

THE LOGIN BOX REFRESHES WHEN I TRY TO LOG IN

Users who have their browser's privacy settings set to "high" may be unable to access orkut. This is because you must have cookies enabled to log in to orkut.

To resolve this problem, please add orkut.com to your browser鈥檚 list of allowed sites. Here are instructions for how to add allowed sites in Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE):

1. Go to the "Tools" menu and select "Internet Options."

2. Click on the "Privacy" tab.

3. Click the "Sites鈥?quot; button and type www.orkut.com in the "Address of Web site" section.

4. Click "Allow."

5. Click "OK."

You won't see the "Sites" button if you choose "Block all cookies." For more information on how to enable cookies in your browser, please visit http://www.google.com/cookies.html

THE LOGIN BOX DOESN'T APPEAR AT ALL

If you don't see the login box at all, you may need to remove www.orkut.com from your list of restricted sites. For IE, please follow the steps below:

1. Go to the "Tools" menu and select "Internet Options."

2. Click on the "Security" tab.

3. Click the "Restricted Sites" red icon in the top section.

4. Click the "Sites..." button underneath the icon.

5. Select www.orkut.com from the list of websites and click "remove."

6. Click "OK" and "OK" again.

WHEN I TRY TO LOG IN, I SEE THE MESSAGE: "Please click here to continue."

This message appears if the browser has the scripting option disabled. To resolve this problem in IE, please follow the steps below:

1. Go to the "Tools" menu and select "Internet Options."

2. Click on the "Security" tab.

3. Click on the "Reset All Zones to default level" or "Default level" button.

If you have cookies enabled but the page refreshes with no error message, you may need to clear your browser's cache and cookies. Please note that while deleting your cookies may resolve the problem, it will also remove your saved settings for sites you've previously visited.

To clear your cache and cookies in IE 6.0+:

Open IE and click on the "Tools" menu.

Select "Internet Options."

Click on the "General" tab if it isn't already selected.

Under the heading "Temporary Internet files," click "Delete Files..." Note that it may take up to 30 minutes for your computer to delete your cache history. During this time, your browser may appear frozen.

Then, click "Delete Cookies..."

Click "OK" for the "Delete all cookies in the Temporary Internet Files folder?" prompt.

Click "OK" to exit.
