what do you mean by Orcut blocked ?Who did block it ??Please be Specific about your question.
Reply:Its not blocked here.If its in your region then try using your gmail account.Go to settings in gmail ,click accounts and then click google account settings.Here you will find orkut .Try if its opening from there or else contact your service provider.
Reply:did u mean it is blocked by your county internet gateway. or by ISP you are using. if so then you will have to contact them, there is no other way. there is one way but that will be expensive.
