1: if u 've gmail account then u r member of Orkut by default

2 : use yahoo mail Id and by invitation through other frn on orkut

Go to www.google.com and click on SIGN IN on the top right hand corner





u will see a page where u can access Gmail account - go n sign up there - then log in to orkut at their website with this account info.
Reply:you cannot become a member of orkut directly, u will need someone to send u a invitation who is a current member of Orkut
