they have blocked top proxy sites. cant i geta permanent solution for that

You can use Hamachi together with FreeProxy to create a VPN connection to another computer you have available on another network, and you can change the proxy servers of IE to point to your local IP address of the other computer on the Hamachi network. You can use a non-used port such as 8082 just in case they block standard 8080. I do this to get around university firewalls. The thing is you need to have another computer available on another internet connection for this to work.
Reply:Are you aware that not only are you risking being kicked out of the university and facing criminal charges for illegal downloading, but if you use the university's network for this then they are potentially able to be sued for your crime?





Just drop out of college and get a McJob and save everyone else a lot of pain.
