when i opened it today a message came that "orkut is banned you fool, the admn didnt write this program guess who did??"


how i solve it and how i open it plz help me

Don’t PANIC, this worm is a decent worm, which does not destroy your files or damage your computer.

1) Press Ctrl+Alt+Delete to summon up Windows Task Manager.





2) Go to the Processes tab.





3) Look for and terminate svchost.exe that goes with your username. Note that svchost.exe with the name "SYSTEM", "Local Service" and "Network Service" are all legitimate and should not be removed.





4) Now navigate to and delete the following folder if present: C:\heap41a\
